ECO Comfort The junior bed in the size 70x160 cm is the perfect bed for small rooms or children who are not yet ready for a big adult bed. With its cozy and compact design, the bed creates a safe base for the child for many years and serves ideally as a transition bed between the crib and the adult bed. The bed is Nordic Swan Ecolabeled, which means that it meets all EU standards for children's furniture and has been tested for both environmental and health friendliness. It is therefore made with a focus on sustainability and free from harmful chemicals.
This package includes a removable Bed rail, which makes it easy to switch between a play bed and a safe sleeping place. The bed rail can be easily attached and removed as needed, or screwed in for extra stability if desired. It ensures that the child sleeps safely and securely, without limiting opportunities for play and movement during the day. Note that the bed rail is specially designed to fit the ECO Comfort series.
The practical drawers on rubber wheels, which fit under the bed, are ideal for storing bedding, toys, and other small items. How high should the mattress be?
Hoppekids recommends the following mattress heights:
For "ECO Dream" & "ECO Comfort": 9 cm
For "ECO Luxury":: 12 cm
It is possible to use a different mattress height - however, one should be aware that it should not be too high. According to EU safety regulations, there should be a minimum of 16 cm from the mattress to the bed side.

Own factory
Hoppekids has its own factory, which allows us to control our products and the materials we use ourselves. This means, among other things, that all the wood we use for furniture is carefully selected based on a number of criteria regarding quality, irregularities, and - of course - that it comes from sustainable forestry.
Hand-sewn textiles
We have our own sewing room, where our skilled seamstresses create the fine textiles from our universes. The appliqués on curtains and other textiles are hand-sewn. We do this because it provides the best quality. At the same time, it is also more fun to touch for a curious child who is in the process of developing their senses.
Compact shipping
All furniture that is shipped is 'self-assembly'. The furniture is packed in such a way that we ensure minimal air in the package while ensuring that they arrive whole and undamaged. This is much more environmentally friendly because we avoid transporting unnecessary air.
